YAML file for Config file #1

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The current R script for the Config file is hard to navigate and understand. In addition, the information from the R script is hard to extract.

Describe the solution you'd like Change the Config file into a YAML file. The YAML is a human-readable data-serialization language, therefore, it will be easier for users to navigate while still keeping the data readability.

Describe alternatives you've considered An alternative approach would be to turn the Config file into a CSV file. However, a CSV file does not allow for information nesting.

{config} package is doing exactly that
