restoring project using {renv} is difficult and sometime does not work #21

Describe the bug When there is already a finished project, which someone else wants to look into, the restore sequence of {renv} is not so apparent to the user and the renv::restore() sometimes does not work.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Run script ___Init_project___.R
