Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, all RFossilpol package functions are created as general functions. This is prone to issues with changes in the structure of Neotoma data.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be useful to turn objects into specific S4 classes and methods.

Describe alternatives you've considered There is a clear connection with the #3 as we can use the pre-defined classes and method from neotoma2
