putting all lines in one regional figure -> not very easy to see anything

An alternative to single lines, and the distance matrices (as discussed earlier) is to plot the PCoA scores of the matrices as the time trajectories of change in m2. There is also an issue with details, need adjustments, but the good thing is we see directions of change, also the width and size of the trajectories tells abount differences in amount of change in different ecozones plotting them on the same scale: fig_trajectory_m2
