LLNL wants improvements to filtering to support RAJA.

Suggestions:

They would like this in our next HPCToolkit release. It doesn't have to be in the initial NatTable release.

This is related to issue #44 (redesign filter), #99 (filtering leaf nodes) and @martyitz google doc.
