Metric columns are not properly packed in bottom-up and flat views #188

Describe the bug This problem occurs when NatTable doesn't refresh properly the size of columns, hence it displays incorrectly the size of metric columns for lazy tables.

To Reproduce

  1. Open a database
  2. Open a hide/show metric columns pane
  3. hide all metrics, and show some middle metrics
  4. Activate bottom-up view

Expected behavior The bottom-up should well packed
