To whom it may concern....you know who you are!

Added three projects. switchdb, manages the variable information for the ZTP process HPE_cvs. It uses a python boot file to copy the comware template and merge the csv information to create the config file. dcnmgr is a flask application that automates tasks inside of DCN.
