Time measurement for ORDER algorithm broken? #341

Displayed runtimes are too high i.e. higher than they actually are. Is this a bug??

The time measurement was correct, but the displayed time in the frontend was wrong. The frontend got the execution time in ms, but it handled the execution time in seconds.
