(Better) Simplify similarity functions

This PR simplifies the similarity function concept in Snowman dramatically.

• All dialogs and editors for similarity functions are disabled only
• For each column in the result set, Snowman will automatically create a function
• Functions cannot contain anything but a similarity column

This PR has similar effects as #196 which was reverted by #197.
