Changes

add CourseDetail to data classes in data and domain layer
add mapper for CourseDetailDto
add CourseDetailRepository for testing
add UseCase for CourseDetail
add Fragment, ViewModel, layout and strings (Englisch and German) to display details of a course
move description from Course to CourseDetail
add h/wekk to CourseSeries
add drawable placeholder for the actual icons
