Support OpenDrop firmware version 4.2 #199

Mark Huber was having problems getting the opendrop device model to control his physical device. Part of the problem is that the opendrop device (unlike the wombat device) is hard-coded to only support OpenDrop firmware version 4.0 (#198). But in talking to him, it appears that his device may actually be a version 4.2 OpenDrop, and I have no idea what changes were made.

Okay. Hopefully @cumbiem can contact Urs and figure out what, if anything, changed from the communication protocol standpoint.
