Make code work with Opentrons ver. 6.1.0 #205

After getting things working with Opentrons ver. 5.0.2 (#82), they went and changed things again, so I'm adding an issue to hold any changes needed to get the system working with version 6.1.0 (the current version).

I had to upgrade to 6.1 1for Napoleon to run something and it seems to work
