With #227, I'm switching to Python 3.10.9 as the minimal supported version and looking into starting to use Python 3.10 features (#237).
Python 3.11.0 was released on 10/24/22, and the most recent version is 3.11.1. I should start tracking 3.11 features and seeing if there's anything that will be useful enough to start thinking about switching the minimal supported version.
