`transfer out` crashes trying to take too much fluid #298

Watching Mike run interactive with Joey version 1.5 and plastic lid (I think), when he moved a drop to the hole and tried to run

d : transfer out

it tried to take out 1uL, even though the drop was less than that, leading to an assertion failure.

Changed the assertion failure to just logging a message.
