PTR-KZ for cubic can cite CZW and LZL papers. PTR-CZW for quartic is actually 2 PTR-KZ's chained by LZL chaining procedure. It is not actually PTR-CZW. The real PTR-CZW would be a K4, with 4 more auxiliaries connected to each of the 4 logicals in the K4 (but not to the other auxiliaries): it reproduces degeneracies, so is interesting, but will have a complicated graph.
