How to plot only 18S? #147

Sorry to open this as an issue. Is there a way to plot only 18S results? Thank you.

At the moment this is only possible for the barplot script. Specify the taxon string (excluding trailing semicolon) of the taxon you want to plot to the option --barplot_subset with the phyloFlash_compare.pl script.
