HOLD: Change name of Enrollment Complete button #105

HOLD: Waiting on feedback from Bangladesh to complete request

The Complete button for completing an enrollment (on bottom right of the screen), has same wording as Complete button for completing a stage (bottom left). This is confusing to our health workers - they keep clicking the Enrollment complete button instead of stage Complete button. Could the name of the enrollment complete button be changed to "Complete Enrollment"?

This will be addressed by #106 - making the UI of Client register like MCH program
