Internal server error on input of LMP #111

Got this error after putting in LMP - this is the first time LMP is entered. It is not yet clear what effect, if any, that this error is having.

Error appears again, two times, when ANC1 visit is created. This stage has data elements that are prefilled with calculated values related to the LMP - Gestational age and EDD. Possible source of the error?
