Org unit code for automatically generating system ID not working #83

Here is the pattern I am using to automatically generate a sequential ID prefixed with the registering org unit ORG_UNITCODE() + "" + SEQUENTIAL(######) What I keep getting is _000002, etc. The org unit prefix is not getting added to the ID The UID of the attribute is bJb9O1OGjiA in program ACMUH0rDgyd

Getting a 409 conflict when trying to enroll in second program after System ID has already been generated in first program. Cannot enroll in a second program Get the same error regardless of which program the TEI is enrolled in first: create TEI and enroll ok, then get the error when trying to enroll in a second program. Get the same error regardless of user role

Replication steps: https://bd-eregistry.dhis2.org/dhis/ user mCHCP_int1 password eReg!234 Enter at least name, Village, Age to create TEI in Client register program After enrollment in Client register program, enroll in MCH program by selecting from program list. Click 'Add new enrollment' on right hand side and scroll to bottom to click 'Enroll' Error is generated and nothing happens in the UI - TEI cannot be enrolled in the second program
