Added a new function that gives the option to user program rules to determin the best schedule date for next event.
Works by having two hidden data elements with codes: "SCHEDULEDATE" and "DAYSPREGNANTATSCHEDULEDDDATE".

SCHEDULEDATE:

Here rules should be uses to calculate the best date for the next event.
Should be a date data element.
Is used when asked about next event after an event is completed.

DAYSPREGNANTATSCHEDULEDDDATE:

Rules should calculate amount of days pregnant at the calculated SCHEDULEDATE using rules.
Is used when selecting schedule date for next event by displaying Gest.Age at the selected selected date (will change if the date changes).
