Testing Oobabooga API Integration #57

as to PR #56 from MikoAL

This integration needed to be

1. Tested

Testing for bugs and/or Potential bugs as this is changes to the Text Generation pipeline itself which isn't yet really well established
2. Documented
This changes should be documented if user's require to perform any additional installation
The changes of user experience and user user interfaces and/or interaction with the system need to be documented
Notes
All of this need to be done before we can merge Dev branch into the master branches
