Preconditions: check before each measurement execution if they match
Environment details in results: We need this for each result, not for the report
Task chaining (on success, on failure, on error)
Report channels per task (report scheduler?

Preconditions and local information (envirnment) is an extra task. Task chaining comes later. Instructions are now lmap-compliantish.
