exit after registration (features #290) #291

After registering the device the application exits instead of staying logged in.

To make it more consistent also exit after a --login (this has to be at line 66 because a login might also trigger a device registration).

Please update the parameter descriptions to indicate the probe itself does not start with these parameters but just does the action and writes the config.
