The settings page is disabled at the moment, reactivate it and include the settings from the wizard.

[x] Please include the new setting you introduced also in the command line parameters
[x] Also include the possibility to set a device name in the settings and in the command line (add this to LocalInformation::getConstants() so it is sent to the server)
[x] rework the wizard to include the TBM settings
