rephrase paragraph on on-going projects - add ref to reco cwp doc #116

@graeme-a-stewart - I don't reproduce the errors you get with biber so I haven't fixed them..

I confirm that I have no biber problem with this PR.

Hi @davidlange6 - the biber errors were fixed in a previous commit we did on master before the weekend. So all good from my side.
