This change breaks the main text apart from the LaTeX controlling the journal style in the document class (cwp-main and cwp-abstract).

Two style skeletons are added:

cwp-arxiv - using JHEP preprint style, should produce identical results to versions already submitted to arXiv
cwp-csbs - using Springer style, for submission to CSBS

The CSBS version needs verified against the author instructions and many small fixes for overfull hboxes, but it should be largely correct now.
