Currently when we create bus stop, we only add the information that are required for routes and lines, but as we need to add information about the physical bus stop for Tiamat, we need to modify this creation process.
The user story was missing, so this ticket is a place holder for the user story, so that we create the user story and task it during the next sprint.
NOTE: Also add task for creating technical tasks to user story!
