As a business owner I want to figure out what ITxPT support requires from Jore4 #279

At least bus displays (the ones in front of the bus that show the route number and destination) should support ITxPT in the future. The old Jore3 has some features regarding this in order to provide support for LIJ "1. Määränpää suomeksi" "2. Määränpää suomeksi"

To set context, ITxPT is a collection of loose public transport standards and common internet standards (TCP, DNS, DHCP) relevant for public transport vehicles, especially for onboard systems. ITxPT membership is not restricted but the content is hidden into a private wiki.

I checked the requirements for passenger information and planning systems in 2018. I checked quickly again now and the situation has not significantly changed.

The architecture images in the wiki are not relevant for Jore4 and mostly handle internet network structure.

Of the standards listed, only NeTEx and possibly SIRI seem relevant for the current scope of Jore4. I cannot find any requirements for how to use those standards, though.

Associated members like HSL may request test templates here: https://forms.gle/TpyCnvgYFiU7vizK6 . I do not know what they contain. It is likely that those test templates handle standards and use cases not in the scope of Jore4.

I do not expect we will get concrete requirements or direction from ITxPT soon. Jore4 is at the very edge of the scope of ITxPT.
