Implemantion specifics TODO, note that HSL-ID will be used in the future.

Task list:

[ ] User id -name table added to auth database
[ ] Update user id -name when user logs in

The "history" part should be done using the temporal tables. However, this ticket needs to solve the question of where we get (reliable) information about the current user's authentication to be used in SQL statements.

Discuss with HSL whether Jore continues using HSL-ID or should it use Microsoft AD B2C
