Collect Digiroad road link modeling issues for Väylä #769

Importer cannot save all Jore4 route geometries because of Jore4 database constraint violations. Some (possibly quite many) of the constraint violations are caused by shortcomings in the modeling of Digiroad infrastructure links. The Jore3 route directions and their corresponding map-matched route geometries affected by Digiroad modeling issues need to be collected. The delivery format can be e.g. QGIS project file (possibly accompanied with image assets). The delivery assets will be sent to Väylä for inspection.

The modeling issues can be collected in a semi-automated way in bulk-test branch of jore4-map-matching repository.

Provide material for Lari, at SharePoint / One Drive / project Drive (discuss with PO and Tiina Ruoho)

2022-09-12 Added into Google Drive storage a zip archive containing a QGIS project file and accompanying data layers that reveal matching issues between JORE3 and Digiroad.
