localroute.js vs LocalRoute.js #11

Both capitalizations seem to be in use. Let's settle on one. This is not important ATM.

The name is LocalRoute.js but in contexts where only lowercase is permitted, it's called localroute.js. Compare for example to JSHint, which is called jshint in npm and GitHub.
