Produce HFP for Kruunuvuorenranta ferry #273

Add support for producing HFP for Kruunuvuorenranta ferry when it starts operating. It should be possible to use https://github.com/HSLdevcom/suomenlinna-ferry-hfp with few configuration changes for this

It seems that Digitraffic does not provide data for the vessel operating on this route, because class B transponder is used. See discussion at: https://groups.google.com/g/meridigitrafficfi/c/l-We92txYTw

Think about alternative sources for the data

Based on email discussion, it is not possible to get class A messages from MS Amiraali. Investigate if its possible to use some other API than Digitraffic or if its possible to get the vessel location some other way

Investigate whether the data we want is available from here and if there are any licensing issues etc.
