This repo contains the code for allReady, an open-source solution focused on increasing awareness, efficiency and impact of preparedness campaigns as they are delivered by humanitarian and disaster response organizations in local communities.
Volunteers will see opportunities presented to them on a monthly calendar (similar to: http://www.chicagocares.org/HOC__Volunteer_Opportunity_Calendar_Page). Hovering over the opportunity link will display a pop-up thumbnail with basic opportunity details (Event title, Organization, Brief description, Time and Number of spots remaining). Clicking the link will open a new tab that lists the following:
Event title
Organization (including a link to that organization’s allReady page)
Detailed description
Requirements
Location
Time
Volunteer limit/Number of spots remaining
Leader
Sign-up button
Organizational administrators will see events in a month calendar or list view (with a toggle button at the top of the page). The calendar view will display the Event time and name. The list view will display:
Date and time
Event name
Event type (Rally, Itinerary)
Location
Status
Clicking on the Event will allow the administrator to edit event details.
Administrators will have the ability to edit the list of participating volunteers. They can add or delete a volunteer (manually) to/from an event.
