After logging in as an event manager with a newly created account. On the Volunteer Home page I entered the following data in the fields:

Disaster: Selected Test Disaster Activity: blank Start date 10/04/1000 End date 10/04/1000 Location

Then I clicked the Volunteer button.

I then received the following error:
