User Setting Screen #23

Create a User Setting Screen, where the User can change the settings or User information of the application.

Settings might include (feel free to use other mobile games for inspiration):

A volume controller for the music that we will eventually include
Changing User information, like username or password (this might require another screen)
Changing themes for the Play Screen (card background, table background, etc.)
