made a conditional sign up button #25

I used a Ternary to show a Sign Up button when username does not exist in Local Storage. I haven't figured out how to redirect with Stack Navigator once user is logged in.

@speckworks Do you mind if we close this PR without merging? Similar changes was implemented and already merged with PR #33
