Add Category filters to the RecipesDisplay component

The RecipesDisplay component should show a bunch of button filters!

• [x] Show a select that has an option for each category in the DB, and a "All" default option
• [x] Add new state to RecipesDisplay to keep track of which category has been selected
• [x] When a category is selected
  • [x] call the function to update the selected category state value providing category id as an argument
  • [x] If the selected value is "all", unset the selected category state value.
• [x] RecipesDisplay should accept a refetchRecipes prop
  • [x] This prop should be a function that accepts an argument
  • [x] when selectedCategory changes - invoke refetchRecipes and pass selectedCategory as the argument

We will add the remaining logic in future cards
