Currently we are showing MUI Letter Avatars for the users profile. Let's assign users gravatars!

[x] Install the React Gravitars npm package (https://www.npmjs.com/package/react-gravatar)
[x] pick a gravatar type ( )
[x] Use the loggedInUsers email to generate the gravitar
