Add favorites tab to user dashboard route

We need to create a front-end route for users to view the recipes they've created and favorited! This card is for the favorited recipes

DO THIS CARD FIRST

• [ ] In the same directory as the users dashboard component, make a new component for users favorited recipes
• [ ] In the users dashboard component, if the selected tab is the favorited tab, display the favorited recipes component
• [ ] This component should resemble the Home component. Very simple
  • [ ] it should get recipes from the v1/users/:id/recipes/favorited endpoint
  • [ ] it should render the RecipesDisplay component provided the previously fetched recipes
