Adding a small french dataset based on only one hand!

I have 2 questions:

• since it's a private project, do you think it is ok to save save the catalog file under {username}/{dataset_name}.yml or should we do {dataset_name}/{dataset_name}.yml? The first option allows someone to potentially add more datasets created after a personal initiative.

• I copied the content of htr-united.yml from the repo, which also contains the list of characters, etc. Is it ok? Or should we stick to what the online form in able to generate?
