This is a Dataset for Layout Recognition comprising slightly more than 3000 annotated pages of medieval manuscripts in PageXML.

@PonteIneptique this makes me wonder if we should have a flag for dataset designed exclusively for layout recognition.

I think we can merge as it is, since the description is good, and leave the question of the flag for a later "retroconversion" campaign if we end up adding the feature in the schema.
