Parse our own repos

  1. Get https://api.github.com/users/htr-united/repos
  2. For each repo, check the existence of https://github.com/HTR-United/{repo-name}/blob/master/htr-united.yml
  3. Build the data.
  4. [Optional] Check github actions to get HUM metadata ?
