enable @mentions for specific song(s) in queue #21

[7:36 PM] boswellox: you know how the music bot pings you if your song is being played?
[7:36 PM] boswellox: i'm wondering if there's an option to have it ping you if someone else's song is playing
[7:37 PM] boswellox: like if you see a song coming up that you didn't select
[7:37 PM] boswellox: and you want to know it's playing
[7:37 PM] boswellox: you can tell it to ping you when that song is playing
