This page should open up the AWS Cognito Hosted UI where a user can login or signup.
A successful login should redirect a user back to the login page (or the user library if that task is accomplished).
If issue #114 IS NOT completed, just redirect the user back to the login page and console log the user details.
If issue #114 IS completed, upon successful login redirect the user the user library.
