What does this PR do?

ProfileImg 컴포넌트
- 커스텀 src와 width 설정 가능
- 기본 default 이미지에 width 100px로 설정되어 있음
LeftNavBar는 로그인 상태에 따라 Profile 구역에 들어갈 것이 달라지기 때문에, 이를 LavLogin과 LavProfile로 구분하였음
구현하지 못한 부분(todo) 주석으로 추가

Other information

한 번에 완성할 수 있으면 좋을텐데 내가 아직 부족해서 수정이 잦네...!!
