Adds (slightly modified) Nao Mujoco model by @ahasselbring
Adds Mujoco env NaoStandup

Ideas for Next Iterations (Not This PR)

Fix absolute paths
Merge other stuff into nao_env folder

How to Test

run uv run standup.py
run uv run interactive_viewer.py from the nao_env directory
