Kiosk viewer preparation #20

We need some hardware which will be attached to our monitors and the Internetz to display the application. How do we want to do that?

Raspberry Pi with Wayland Chromium has been set up (stutters a little). Even Gurke has smoother animations... Maybe we will use a more beefy machine for Moments.
