Adds better examples for PTMs using common ontologies, complete with a prefixed name for RESID.

Looks good to me. Maybe also show an example of multiple items within a [ ] construct? i.e. I think it is legal to do: ELV[info:AnyString]IS ELV[+11.9784,info:suspected frobinylation]IS is that right?

Thanks @edeutsch for the suggestion, added your example in the bottom section. The separator is pipe, not comma, in this case.
