XML fragment in 7.5 (p.91) shows PeptideEvidence in wrong place? #136

I think the XML fragment in Section 7.5 (p.91 of the 1.2.0 spec doc) incorrectly shows the PeptideEvidence element inside a SpectrumIdentificationItem element
