1.3.0 crosslinking examples #138

@javizca suggests now is the time to merge the new crosslinking examples (for the 1.2.1 crosslinking extension document) into the main mzIdentML repo

i changed the filenames and directory name in this pull request so they refer to version 1.3.0 now

made mistake - the example files don't have correct accession numbers for new CV terms (thought I'd done this), fixing this now
